.Select the option to "Create a virtual hard disk now" and click "Create".

.Choose the type of virtual hard disk you want to create and click "Next".

.Choose the file location and size of the virtual hard disk and click "Create".

.Once the virtual machine is created, select it from the VirtualBox Manager and click "Settings".

.Click "Storage" and then click on the "Empty" CD/DVD drive.

.Click on the small CD icon on the right side of the window, and select "Choose Virtual Optical Disk File".

.Browse to the location of the image file that you downloaded earlier and select it.

.Click "OK" to save the settings.

.Start the virtual machine by selecting it from the VirtualBox Manager and clicking the "Start" button.
